Job Responsibility
This is a unique opportunity for an investment advisory professional to contribute in the booming growth of our Client Success Team. The SVP - Client Success Advisor role is a sales role focused on adding funds from our existing client base while collaborating heavily with members of our advisory service team. Interested candidates should have the following qualifications:
1. Strong advisory background with proven sales success. Strong communication skills – collaborating internally with members of the advisory team and externally with existing clients. Either a demonstrated understanding of our service model or a strong willingness to learn. The role entails, but is not limited to: Large volume outreach to existing clients - conducting external portfolio reviews (individually and with other members of our advisory team), promoting new and existing services and following up on virtual evens.
2. Heavy collaboration with our operations and service teams. Proactive analysis of outside assets to discuss/present additions opportunities.
3. Providing frequent and detailed feedback to all members of the management team.

1.High school, GED or vocational school diploma required
2. 1+ years of experience in customer service
3. Ability to independently apply strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making-skills.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers.
5. Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs, including nights and weekends

Additional Requirement
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
1. Comprehensive relationship management via phone conversations, email communication, and in-person meetings. Client interaction is both proactive and reactive. Act as liaison between clients and Personal Capital’s Investment Committee, explaining investment strategy and engaging in portfolio, market, and economic discussions.
2. Client education on investment philosophy and capital market functionality. Assist clients with financial planning in areas such as retirement planning, savings strategy, and education planning. Also, work with our Financial Planning Specialist Team, who assists clients & Advisors with more complex planning issues.
3. Effectively coordinate with our Operations Team on client-related administrative issues. Assist in increasing the efficiency of the company’s processes and procedures through innovative approaches toward improvement.
4. Potentially take on ancillary duties such as assisting in the training of new Financial Advisor hires and conducting presentations to groups of clients around the country.
