    JOB PROFILE:

    The B. Tech / MBA candidates have to undergo rigorous training for 6 months. During their training period, they will undergo several projects from different technology domains. 

    On the basis of competency mapping during the training period, the candidates will be assigned the job role on successful confirmation.

    The training period will be a total of 6 months, which is 3 months of unpaid training, then 3 months of paid Internship. After successful completion of training, the candidate will be deputed as Assistant Engineer / HR / Sales Executive.

     

     

    The initial 3 months training will consist of the following:

     ** Assessment test will be conducted after completion of initial 3 months**

    COMPENSATION: 

    The candidate will be entitled for a compensation of INR 2.4 lac per annum after completion of training period i.e. 6 months, which will be revised to INR 3.0 lac per annum after successful completion of 1 year of the candidate.

    Initial 3 months training will be unpaid.

    Duration: 3-6 months

    Designation: Trainee

    Stipend: Rs.5000/- per month

    Duration: 7-12 months

    Designation: Asst. Engineer/ Sales Executive

    Salary: Rs.20,000/- per month

    Duration: 13-24 months

    Designation: Project Engineer / Sales Manager

    Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month

     

    SERVICE AGREEMENT (Opportunity for company sponsored MBA) :

    The candidate will have to sign a service agreement for 2 years at the time of joining. 

    Upon successful completion of Service Agreement, candidates will also be paid a Retention bonus of maximum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) (lump sum amount). 

    Also, upon successful completion of the service agreement, the candidate will become eligible for Executive MBA, which will completely be sponsored by the company.

    In the breach of the Service Agreement, the candidate shall be liable to pay an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) to the company.


    Other Job Responsibilities are : 

    1. Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

    2. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

    3. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

    4. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

    5. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

    6. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

    7. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

    8. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

    9. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

    10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

    11. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

    12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
