    In Ainetx Private Limited Required Office Assistant , Customer Services Executive ,Hiring Officer.

  • Job Responsibility

    • 1. Performs cashier duties, including posting payments, running credit card payments, balancing the drawer, creating a deposit.

    • 2. Answer phone calls

    • 3. Ability to Multitask is a must

    • 4. Ensure that filing is current

    • 5. Assist with title releases and paid off accounts

    • 6. Follow guidelines for insurance validation, including but not limited to:

      • 7. Cancellations, payments, inputting insurance into the system, ensuring collateral is insured with the proper deductible and lien holder is entered correctly.

    • 8. Score, underwrite and structure applications

    • 9. Review all files that are ready for delivery ensuring all stipulations are met

    • 10. Assist with delivering vehicles to guests

    • 11. Reporting complaints, service issues, or inconsistencies to Supervisor

    • 12. Other duties as assigned

      13. Arrange Meetings with Clients & Sales Experts

      14. Maintain office properly & Working on

  • Educational Requirement

    • 1. Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

    • 2. Sit, stand or bend for prolonged periods of time while using a phone, computer, or register

    • 3. Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members

    • 4. Self-starter attitude, and driven by results

    • 5. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

    • 6. Microsoft office Suite knowledge

    • 7. Read, analyze data, interpret information, and ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from guests.

  • Experience Requirement

    Experience required to do this job .

    1. Above average grasp over both English & Hindi

    2. Desire to learn about how Financial Instruments can be ethically used to create long term value for investors 

    3. Genuine desire to “help” people and make a difference to their financial lives
    4. Ability to multi task, be highly organized and follow organizational processes in a disciplined way
    5. Any added certifications in Financial Planning (such as CFP) will be an added advantage

    1) Strong computer skills with Proficiency in MS Office Excel

    2) Business analytical and problem-solving skills

    3) Proactive, Team Player, requires good co-ordination and networking capabilities

    4) Good written communication skills and typing speed in English

    5) Skill to convert customer from leads to clients.
